The Blessings

This is the day and every day is the LORD's day.
So, let's rejoice and be glad in it. Another week set to moving into
Enter in.

The Sunday message The Beatitudes   

This is good news. The sermon on the mount:
The Blessings from Jesus in Matthew 5: 1- 12

“Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
“Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.
“Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.
“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.
“Blessed are the merciful, for they will receive mercy.
“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.
“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.
“Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Amen.

My goals for this week during my free time. 
Work on my blogs and post them for week 5 and bi-weekly blog. 
Continue on Benjamin DADE and his wife Lucy (SAMPSON) DADE lineage. 
Continue to search for DNA matches and obituaries.

Finishing Out Each Day As They Come In 2022

I've been finishing up my daily dos for this week as we're  drawing closer to 2023. I've been reflecting over this year. And all the good and those experiences that made me stronger. God has been bring us through. 

Update on the newspaper:
It's free online, up to some point. People need to create an account if they don't have one. We need to subscribe if  we want unlimited access to the digital news. Or if we want the Weekender, printed copy with the unlimited digital news. I though there would be a catch to this. 

Journaling And Updating
I continue to journal every night before I retire for the day.
It's good therapy. I'm finding this to be a very good thing. I've been coming up with things that I haven't noticed and coming up with new ideas. 

I continue to update my blogger's  site Family Connections: Gathering The Generation. I've been adding more links to what I search. I hope that they will be helpful to those who are searching for your,

Working On Blogs:
I'm working on my last blog for my #52Ancestors 52 Week challenge 2022: Taking  A Pause And Looking Ahead: New Horizons. Also, I'm working on my first blog for 2023. "I'd Like To Meet..."

Counting Down My Days
I'm counting down my days to my next decade. I'm 101 days away. Next year, it falls on Holy Saturday. I'll be on the Holy Week journey as well.

Resting, Still Waiting

Resting, still waiting, Dawning of new day
Newness in coming, Healing on its way

Waiting and waiting, Believe that it's so
His rays of beauty, Ancient days of old

Jesus, the Healer, We're forever bless
On His promises, In Him, we find rest

All in due timing, His Word comes to past
Keep standing, waiting, From start till the  last

In times of changes, Which way do we go?
Left or to the right? Or move with the flow?

Be in tune with crowd? Go another way?
Do as we are told? Get down on knees, pray

O LORD what? O what, Is Your will for me?
Keep me on Your path, Help me learn to see

Your will and Your ways, In life and always
In good times, bad times, Where times are dismay

Guide my eyes to You, To the left or right

Thinking about life,
Things that causes strife

Joining as a group

Some things uncertain, Don't know what to do
