And need to add them to the current list of family members. 

Added more relatives to the branch of Isaac DAYD

Searched DNA matches on 23 and Me and Ancestors.
Email from a searcher of a DNA match
Checked obituaries. 

Feb 8
Post challenge blogs. Connected With Faris Lyle's Family via Social Media and My Hometown. 
Checked to see who are the famous people I'm related to on Family Search. 
Diana The Princes Of Wales is still on the list. The list changes from time to time. 

Copied the list of blogs for 52 ancestors challenges put in a notebook.
Found obituary of Clifford Allan Burton

I continue to repost my challenges for the day of February on my facebook and Instagram accounts. 
I continue to watch the news in this changing world.

The massive earth quake in Turkey and Syria. It's sad.
God spared some lives in this horrible quake.

Objects being shot down from the sky, a second week.

Happy 2023! Merry Christmas!!

Welcome to 2023l! 


We crossed over into a new year this morning. As we were leaving the old year and stepped into the new year, I said thank You, Jesus!!!!. I make a toast and said cheers to the new year. 

 It's been a good start. It's time for me to take a nap. But, I decide not to do it  I'm keeping myself occupied. I'm not as tired as I should be. 

I did my morning dos. I prepared for the first Sunday gathering of the year.  I greeted some of the people. The message was good, It was entitled: The Holy Name 


The Christmas decorations are still up. The trees are also. We have 4 more days of Christmas to go. 

I'm heading into do some goal setting. I need to get back on track of things. The holidays has slowed me up. I need to get with it.

Out Of The "Cold Spell" And Into A Heat Wave

 This sounds weird, But we're in a heat wave in the Winter time.  The high today, was 17 degrees and the low was 2 degrees. It's been in the negatives  for the past 3 days.. We were in the "Cold Snap" or "Cold Spell:" since  Thursday. It's been a long week. 

I didn't go outside that much nor for a long time. I heard that the wind was the worst part of the Wintery Storm. We received snow, but not much. There was ice under the snow. Yes, there was some black ice. 

The wind is still blowing.  But, not as it was the last three coldest days. The wind chill was between 30 to 35 below zero and the wind blowing 30 to 40 miles an hour. I can't recall. 

Yes, it feels like a heat wave with 17 degrees. It's a relief. By next week it may feel like Summertime. I heard there were some people who weren't wearing much outside. 

Last year around this time, we were in the 60's. This was weird weather for us. We did have a power outage last year. I'm glad that we had power this time. 

I'm glad that this artic blast has passed us by. I hope that deep cold air killed the insects that need to be. I don't know how wildlife live outside in the Winter.

Mind drifting away, On this quiet day
Trying to keep focus, Going on my way

Now catching myself, Wondering away

Still in quietness, My mind on display
Happy thanksgiving, Being as it may

With new beginnings, The new year been birth
Singing new old songs, Peace coming to earth

Born in the Spirit, God became a Man
Clothe in righteousness, His promise will stand

Greatness of the LORD, God's gift to us all
Clothed in forgiveness, In all we should call

Upon Jesus Christ, As the LORD, Savior
Salvation a gift, Not on behavior

But, by grace, mercy, God so freely gives
With new beginnings, In Christ we can live
