Shifting things around Got to keep on moving
Things have been shaken Need to keep moving
Thoughts out track some Got to take a break
Make most time doing What's needed in life
Slowing down the pace Still got to keep moving
Life is a hard road Need to have a plan
Keep on keeping on Move along the road
