Restful for today Relaxing a bit
Calming down in ways For peace comes, it fits
In with quietness Setting in soul
Putting mine at ease That makes somethings whole
Breath in breaking out Letting those things go
Peacefully to exhale Streaming up the flow
Relaxing a bit Restful for today
In With Quietness Taking time to pray
