On This Life's Journey

Resting up in bed It's been a long week
Into my fifties The LORD whom I seek

On this life's journey Rethinking, my past
Still learning from ways Taking off the mask

Seeing what has come Not returning there
Learning good lessons Having more to bare

Thinking what has past And learning from ways
On this life's journey With God all my days
