Dawn
Early mornings awake
Fog drifts upon small lakes
White mist settles by
No birds linger high
Within a distant here
Young morning don’ fear
Quiet surrounds me
Beauty as I see
Early morning’s awake
Mist drifts upon the lake

Fog Rockport drive
Rewritten
Early morning’s awake
Fog drifts upon still lake
Pure mist settles high
No bird’s linger by
Within a distant here
Young morning can’t fear
Quiet surrounds me
Beauty as I see
Wonder melts sweetness there
Dawn spreads peace every where
Early morning’s awakes
Mist floats besides the lake
