Clearing Away Thoughts

Clearing away thoughts, Of what truth therein
Learning about life, Not knowing, I've sin

Oh, LORD, forgive me, In my wicked ways
Please guide me onward, Your pathway, I pray

Cleanse my wrong thinking, Of what shouldn't be
Help me see goodness, While I'm on my knees

LORD, comfort my soul, From things that cause shame
Keep me from the harm, In Your Holy Name

Cover me, my LORD, My life, my being
Clearing away thoughts, By faith, I'm seeing
