Into transition, Began something new
Off to start again, Wonder what to do?
Focusing at heart, Not on what has past
Got mind set forward, Working on new task
Making the most of, Needing to press through
What's coming in way? Doing what can do
In the present time, Got to let things go
Hoping to be free, From what, I don't know
Crossing on over, By letting things be
Into transition, With much more to see
