Though Things Will End

Though some things will end, Real soon and long gone
Yesterday, history, Reflecting upon

What could have happened, Or what could we've changed
Need not to worry, Or think, that was strange

Let things be done with, Move on to what's next
Read Holy Scriptures, Getting the context

Focus on God's Word, Christ Jesus, the King
Come before Him now, Lift your voice and sing

Praises due His name, Reflecting upon
Though some things will end, Real soon and long gone

Drawing closer, still, Leaving things behind

New beginnings rise, Old year put to rest

God is still working, More than I know how

In season of joy To the earth He came

Tired feeling restless, Still in His presence
